Ingredients: 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast
 
Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Select dough cycle on your bread machine.

2. Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Divide dough in half. Pat each half into 12-inch circle on cookie sheet with floured fingers. Spread with favorite toppings.

3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is light brown.

Herb-Cheese Pizza Crust: Add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, oregano, thyme or Italian seasoning with the flour.
 
Notes: This makes the best pizza dough! I have found that it makes it easier to roll or pat out the dough if you put the dough in the fridge for two or three hours before hand.
