Ingredients: Bass fillets
Salt
Pepper
Lemon Juice
Chopped Onion
Celery
Bell Peppers
 
Directions: Start with sheet of foil per person.
Place serving of fish on foil add salt, pepper & lemon juice to taste.
Sprinkle fish with chopped onion, celery & bell peppers as desired.
Roll up edges of foil to make a packet and seal.
Place on grill rack over campfire/grill (medium heat) for 10 minutes on each side.
Place packets on plates, open and enjoy!
 
Notes: Conventional oven style--BROIL 10 minutes on each side.
