Ingredients: 1 lb. pasta
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 stick butter
1 TBS Cajun seasoning
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 pint half and half
 
Directions: Cook pasta according to directions.

Saute onions in melted butter for 2 or 3 minutes. Add seasoning and crawfish tails and saute for 1 minute. Add half and half and cook for 5 - 10 minutes over medium heat until sauce thickens. Pour over cooked pasta and allow to sit for sauce to be absorbed in pasta.
 
Notes: Can substitute shrimp for crawfish.
