Recipe Title: Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients: 1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 28-oz. can Spaghetti Sauce
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can sliced black olives
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
12 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, olives and ground beef. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of spaghetti in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with half of the spaghetti sauce mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. (12 servings)
Notes: Because my husband is not a fan of onions, green peppers, mushrooms and olives, I serve these on the side. (He doesn't mind the cream of mushroom soup.) Instead of chopping the onion and green pepper, I buy the frozen seasoning pack. This has the onions and bell peppers already chopped. It's a great time saver!

This is a delicious pasta dish that is quite easy to prepare. I highly recommend it!
