Ingredients:

5 cups mashed potatoes (with no milk or butter)
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
5 T. flour
1 onion, diced
salt and pepper
French onions |

Directions:
|
Mash potatoes with cream cheese. Beat eggs and flour; add to potatoes with onion, salt and pepper. Cook in foil-covered casserole dish for about 45 minutes at 300-350, if using deep dish, cooking time may take 1 hr or longer. Remove cover last few minutes and brown lightly. Put French onions on top and heat. |
