Ingredients:
|
1 stick oleo
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
3-4 chicken breasts (deboned), cubed
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Extra Wide Broad Noodles
1/2 block Velveeta cheese (small box) |

Directions:

Cook noodles.
Saute yellow onion, green onion, and green bell pepper in oleo until yellow onion is clear. Add chicken and cook until done. Add cream of chicken soup and rotel tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Add velveeta and allow to melt. Add noodles. |
