Ingredients:
|
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6.5 oz.) can minced clams (reserve juice)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup cottage cheese |
|
Directions:
|
With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and clam juice until creamy, adding only a little juice at a time until reaching the right consistency. With mixer, mix in the garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add the cottage cheese to cream cheese mixture, mixing with a spoon. Drain extra juice off clams and stir clams into mixture. Serve with potato chips, crackers or veggies. Refrigerate leftovers. Tastes even better the next day! |

Notes:
|
You can use more or less garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cottage cheese according to your taste. For a less clammy dip, use 2 bricks of cream cheese and some extra cottage cheese.
I don't normally like cottage cheese, but this dip is really good. My 14 year old son also really liked it. |
