Ingredients:

5 lb potatoes diced
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp parsley
garlic powder salt/pepper 1 lb velveeta cheese
1 stick butter |

Directions:
|
layer potatoes in a 13 x 9 pan sprinkle salt, pepper,parsley and sprinkle garlic powder over top,Slice butter and place on top of potatoes and cover with foil cook till tender remove from oven and in a bowl mix soup with milk and pour over top of potatoes and slice cheese on top return to oven cook till melted and remove and serve |
