Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix (or any flavor)
  • 1 pint of chocolate ice cream, softened (again any flavor will work)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a tube or bundt pan. If you like, you can dust with cocoa powder. Beat ingredients together for 4 minutes. Put into pan and bake 45-55 minutes. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, thin icing, or whipped cream.

This recipe was given to me by David Day. I tried it for a church cookout and it seemed to be quite popular.
